Returns & Refund Policy

MAERA does not accept exchanges or returns due to personal preference.

In accordance with European Union Directive 2011/83/EU, customers residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must contact us by email within this 14-day period.

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
